Job Requirements:
The IBM India Pvt. Ltd, Hyderabad and Bangalore conducting Walk In Interview to recruit "Technical Service Representative". They will provide Voice support to IBM Internal End Users and External Commercial Account End Users. All Fresher and experienced candidates can walk in for interview. Proficiency in network connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Dial-up, Token Ring, Ethernet, LAN/WAN.
Job Field : IT Service/Voice Process/BPO/Others- Should have understanding of operating systems and Hardware.
- Troubleshooting skills and awareness of basic networking concepts.
- To remote Infrastructure support delivery
- To perform problem cause analysis
- To resolve routine customer problem
- Excellent customer service orientation and Neutral accent.
