The IBM India Pvt. Ltd, Hyderabad conducting Walk In Interview for recruitment of "Technical Service Representative". Any Fresher and experienced candidates can walk in for interview. They should have understanding of operating systems, Windows 2000/NT/XP configuration options and troubleshooting skills and awareness of basic networking concepts and technologies. Candidates are required to have proficiency in network connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Dial-up, Token Ring, Ethernet, LAN/WAN.
- To provide Voice support to IBM Internal End Users and External Commercial Account End Users
- To handle inbound calls / emails / chats regarding technical issues for end users.
- To remote Infrastructure support delivery
- To perform problem cause analysis
- To resolve routine customer problem
