The Groupon, Chennai looking for a "Software Development Engineer for Test"(SDET) who has a penchant for testing. Candidates will be responsible for the architecture, design, implementation and test of our products with the rest of the engineering team that spans multiple disciplines just like everyone else. Candidates are expected to have ability and strategy, to plan, to document and to execute on the testing of their assigned area.
- Excellent coding skills in one or more like - C++, C#, Javascript, Objective-C, Java, Ruby, Python, and/or Perl.
- To design and implement test automation and infrastructures
- To work in an agile environment with agile teams
- Should have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Should have passion for test.
