Larsen and Toubro limited, recruiting freshers for the post "Management Trainee for Testing". Selected candidates will be working on strategic/ Adhoc IT projects to gather the test requirements. Creating use cases and converting them into subsequent business flow scenarios will be performed and they should prepare Business Scenarios and Business functional Test Cases for E2E business application Testing. Functional validation of applications and pass the feedback/suggestions to other business and development teams.
- To ensure maximum functional compliance to the business requirements and 0 % defect leakage.
- Metrics management and share them with different stakeholders.
- Should prepare Root Cause Analysis for defects(types, reason etc)
- Should impart business Application and Domain training to project teams.
- Involvement in requirement trace ability matrix for the cycle and releases.
- To develop functional specifications and new customer report templates for technical analysis.
