Candidates have completed B.E/B.Tech(CSE/IT/ECE/EIE) and BCA/MCA from any recognized university are eligible for this Placement Drive. Candidates should be able to provide the tech support primarily on software & Hardware issues in Desktops, Laptops & other peripheral devices.
- Troubleshooting for technical issues.
- To provide support in the inbound or outbound Call Center- Waits in Queue
- To solve Customer Issues on any product.
- To partner with Technical Support Specialists to improve customer experience elements
- Responsible for regular adjustments that contribute business metric goals
- Should have excellent communication skills in English.
- Should be open to relocate and work in rotational shift.
