Only candidates interested to start an exciting career with IBM in the Technical Support Division (voice process) should walk for Interview. Candidates having minimum 6 months – 3 years experience in Tech Support Voice Process, would be preferred. Candidates meet the requirement can walk for Interview.
- Should have ability to identify basic hardware parts and aware of basic hardware concepts
- User level familiarity with at least one e-mail client – Outlook, Notes etc..
- Awareness of basic networking concepts and technologies.
- Understanding of operating systems, Windows 2000/NT/XP configuration options and troubleshooting
- Strong computer skills required for initial call handling
- Should be proficient in network connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Dial-up, Token Ring, Ethernet, LAN/WAN
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with customer service orientation
