Tech Mahindra conducting a Walk In drive for fresher as well as experienced candidates. Candidates have completed their graduation or Engineering are eligible for this walk in. They should be willing to work in night shift as well. This is the opening for the post Tech Support /Sr. Tech Support - International Telecom Voice Process.
- Ability to provide technical support L 1.5/2
- Technical Troubleshooting for telecom customers
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Good spoken - written & good presentation skills
- Comfortable in taking inbound calls/making outbound calls
- CCNA trained/ CCNA certified will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of Telecom Infrastructure Technologies LAN / WAN / Routers / Switches / Hubs / Networks etc.
- Able to fix WAN troubles either by remote diagnostics or by involving relevant technical/non-technical teams
