Job Requirements:
Wipro hiring for Entry level position for Chennai. Candidates will have to work on allocated incidents/ problems on maintenance of hardware / software - servers, laptops, PCs etc. with high degree of supervision. They should be able to provide support for simple trouble shooting requirements. Candidates should have expertise on Technology Infrastructure Services.
- To work as on-call support of in shifts to provide 24x7 type of support
- User Accounts Creation/Renaming/Deletion/Credentials
- Should have Windows Admin (L1) and Windows & AD Admin (L1) skills
- Group Accounts Creation,Group Account Modification
- Service Accounts Administration User Account Password Reset
- Computer Accounts Management
- Administering Remote Desktop
- Domain Controller OS and Hardware Monitoring etc.
