Direct Walk - In for "Application Support Engineers" at Amazon, Bangalore
One of the world's most popular online store Amazon.com hiring "Application Support Engineers". If you are interested to work with the world's largest and biggest e-commerce company. As an Application Support Engineer, you should have ability to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of issues, knowledge and experiences about the languages like XML, JS, CSS, HTML, Perl, shell scripts, Ruby, C++ and/or Java. You should also be able to understand XML/SOAP, web services, workflow modeling, web application development, and industry-standard commerce systems.
- Support of our incoming tickets including extensive troubleshooting tasks
- Should have knowledge of web technologies with the potential for Java based projects
- Should be able to work on operations and maintenance driven coding projects
- To develop tools to aid operations and maintenance/System and Support status reporting
- 2+ years of development/testing/technical support experience
- The demonstrated skill and passion for operational excellence
- B.E/ B.Tech . in Computer Science or a related technical field are eligible.
