Job Requirements:
Adobe recruiting "Operations Engineer" who will be part of the Release Engineering team to roll out bi weekly releases and support production and staging infrastructures. To define, follow, and enhance Operations processes and to monitor and maintain large production infrastructure involving pyton/java applications and postgres/oracle dbs as part of the 24/7 on-call team.
- Must have strong knowledge of Linux including configuration, shell, file system, cron, etc.
- Should have 3+ years of programming/scripting experience in Python, Perl or similar language
- And 2+ years of SQL and database experience atleast with one of these databases - mysql, postgres, oracle etc.
- knowledge of Internet, Networks and Web technologies (TCP/IP, HTML, DHCP, DNS, HTTP, cookies, email, web servers, etc.)
- To troubleshoot product and customer issues
