• Candidates should have skills like support for simple troubleshooting, and may be required to work as on-call support or in shifts to provide 24x7 type of support.
• Monitoring of all infrastructure element Event/Alert and of related applications as well.
• Skills to Qualify the alert /call, Resolving using Standard Operating Procedures(SOP).
• The Performance monitoring of messaging Services role holders.
• Extensive knowledge on install & Configure messaging.
• Knowledge of infrastructure Handling messaging, Migrations & Consolidations Upgrade messaging, Servers Services Role holders Setup etc.
• To monitor backup jobs, drives and robots using backup console. 
• Restarting the failed backup if necessary.
• To start the manual backup. 
• Having Knowledge about the Basic Unix or Windows Server or Network Elements (Switch, Router, Link) Monitoring & AdministITIL knowledge too.
• To Perform data restore and performing SOP based activities. 
• Should have knowledge on the following concepts - backup basics, master & media server management, Storage unit management, policy management and media management.
