Job Description :
Job Requirements: - This is a trained technical position and Candidates will work in Process Driven, high degree of supervision environment.
- Should provide support for simple troubleshooting requirements.
- And may be required to work as on-call support or in shifts to provide 24x7 type of support.
- Extensive knowledge on install & Configure messaging, infrastructure Handling messaging, Migrations & Consolidations Upgrade messaging, Servers Services Role holders Setup etc.
- Should be able to monitor backup jobs, drives and robots using backup console.
- Restarting the failed backup if necessary and start the manual backup.
- To Perform data restore and performing SOP based activities.
- To Handle media management such us ejecting and loading media and performing the robot inventory. Should have knowledge on the following concepts - backup basics, master & media server management, Storage unit management, policy management and media management.
