Recruitment for Application Support Engineer Level 1 - ISL at IBM Bangalore
Job Requirements:
- Managing all customer communication channels.
- Responsible for case management and customer communication.
- Coordinate between customer, Hosting/internal teams and emptoris customer support.
- Train customers on Emptoris software and best practices.
- Priorities customer requirements and resolve within customer SLO so having Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excel by learning multiple products and support processes.
- Strong adherence to Emptoris value system.
- Participate in schedule to assist 24x7x365 support for Emptoris customers.
- Should have 2-3 years of previous Tier 1 Customer/Application Support experience..
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with neutral accent.
- Hands on browser based client applications, MS SQL or Oracle experience is a plus.
- Client based operating systems and applications – Win2K, Win2003, Win XP, IE 6.0 and Current versions of MS Word/Excel.
